Here are two wall hangings I made, the top one is on a clipboard that I painted beige and added material, batting and muslin for the build up of other layers of fabric and different types of lace. I then added a picture of a woman, some pearls and the word dream stamped on muslin and glued on This one is hung on a Melissa Frances hanger with batting and felt as a background, muslin and lace, a picture of a woman, lace and beaded appliques and lace cording for a binder
I just finished making a rusty steampunk sewing machine out of a plain mini white one. I glued on many sewing related items such as bobbins, thread, spools of ribbon, Pins, a thimble, buttons,mini scissors, and much more. I then painted everything with finnabairs rust paints for this effect I finished it off by adhearing a piece of measuring tape that I dyed in the front. On bobbin actually has thread going through the threader. Any comments would be appreciated
