Here I am at the Half Hollow Hills Library Gallery with all of my collages. The will stay in there for the month of March. What an exciting feeling to see all of my artwork up on these walls
It's been a while again since I have blogged . I have been working so much on all my collages for the Library and the Gallery. I am going to post the pictures for you to view: Here we have The Veil, It is an old time Vintage Wedding Collage with emphasis on the veil. Here are two wall hangings I made, the top one is on a clipboard that I painted beige and added material, batting and muslin for the build up of other layers of fabric and different types of lace. I then added a picture of a woman, some pearls and the word dream stamped on muslin and glued on This one is hung on a Melissa Frances hanger with batting and felt as a background, muslin and lace, a picture of a woman, lace and beaded appliques and lace cording for a binder
